How to install Insight Center Chrome Extension Without Internet Access

When Insight Center playback workstations do not have internet access, the Insight Center chrome extension must be installed manually.

15.2 FP0

Google Chrome Instructions:

1. Request InsightCenterChromeLauncher.zip from Verint Support.

2. Copy InsightCenterChromeLauncher.zip to a local folder and Extract all.

3. In Chrome browser, click the three vertical dots on the up-right corner.

4. Click Settings -> Click Extensions.

5. Click "Load unpacked" and select the folder where InsightCenterChromeLauncher.zip was extracted. Click "Select Folder" radial.

6. InsightCenterChromeLauncherNative.exe file will be in the local Download folder, select Run.

Microsoft Edge Instructions:

1. Request InsightCenterChromeLauncher.zip from Verint Support.

2. Copy InsightCenterChromeLauncher.zip to a local folder and Extract all.

3. Click three horizontal dots on the upper right corner.

4. Select Extensions => click Manage Extensions.

5. In the left column turn on Developer Mode.

6. Click "Load unpacked" and select the folder where InsightCenterChromeLauncher.zip was extracted. Click "Select Folder" radial.

7. InsightCenterChromeLauncherNative.exe file will be in the local Download folder, select Run.
