Location of logs needed to troubleshoot issues with Insight Center:

1. Application (aka Client) logs are at C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\verint\InsightCenter\Logs\IC and IR logs.
   1. Confirm web browser running Insight Center is closed.
   2. Can also be found on the server when testing is performed on the server.
2. Server logs are at K:\Impact360\Data\Logs\InsightCenter\InsightCenter_CFD.ltf log.
3. Insight Center web.config is located at E:\Impact360\Software\PublicSafety\InsightCenter
4. ICApplicationConfiguration.xml is located at E:\impact360\software\PublicSafety\InsightCenter\Incident
5. Version Report

Additional logs for analysis:

1. K:\Impact360\Data\Logs\web_app\WebApp_cf_MESSAGES.lt
2. Locator - K:\Impact360\Data\Logs\Locator
3. Data Access Services - K:\Impact360\Data\Logs\DataAccessServices\DataAccessServices logs are in Data center or Consolidator server
4. Content Server - K:\Impact360\Data\Logs\contentserver logs are in the Consolidator/Record server
