Please remember that you only need to apply Windows updates, DO NOT APPLY any other updates to the servers as these will most likely break your system. If you need additional updates to be applied for security purposes, please reach out to Sound Communications support to schedule a Security Kit patch to be deployed.

The Security Kit is released by Verint on a quarterly basis and is the only approved method for updating items such as Java, Apache, Web Logic, etc.
